چکیده

In this paper, the design and analysis of dual-mode numerically controlled oscillators (NCO) based oscillator frequency Modulation is implemented. Initially, input given to analog digital (ADC) converter. This will change from After that, pulse skipping mode (PSM) logic proportional integral (PI) are applied converted data. applying PSM logic, data directly transferred connection block. The block transfer be decoded using decoder. decoding values, it saved a modulo accumulator. one hot residue (OHR) binary in register. Now both pass through gate driver circuit output obtained finally. From simulation results, can observe that usage metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) total nodes very less NCO-based modulation.
